How many passengars does a plane need to be considered a large passengar plane?

in some of my questions, people say "only large passengar planes have this". well this made me curious of how much passengar seats a plane has to be to be considered large. How many passengars does a plane need to be considered a large passengar plane? The distinction between small and large aircraft has nothing to do with passenger count. It is a factor of how much the aircraft weighs when it lifts off the ground. For general aviation aircraft, small aircraft are any aircraft that weigh less than 12500 lb at take off, maximum capacity. Large aircraft are all aircraft that are bigger than this. There is a "commuter class" aircraft rule in the FAA regulations, stating that if an aircraft is less than 21900 lbs max take off capability, it is considered a small aircraft. This was pushed thru by the airlines, so that they could fly bigger planes and still only pay the smaller plane landing fees. And to give 2 examples of this, the F-16 jet fighter carries only a pilot, sometimes a pilot in training also (2 seat variant), and she weighs 45000 lbs at max load, classified as a large aircraft. The Beech-craft 1900 series of commuter airplanes can carry 22 people, and it has a max load of 15000 lbs, and is considered a small aircraft. Another example is a Boeing 707-400 cargo bird. She lifts off with over 1000000 (million) pounds of load, and only has a pilot and co-pilot on board. How many passengars does a plane need to be considered a large passengar plane?FAR 23 b. (d) The commuter category is limited to propeller-driven, multiengine airplanes that have a seating configuration, excluding pilot seats, of 19 or less, and a maximum certificated takeoff weight of 19,000 pounds or less. The commuter category operation is limited to any maneuver incident to normal flying, stalls (except whip stalls), and steep turns, in which the angle of bank is not more than 60 degrees.

This is a small passenger plane and Part 23 certification is sufficient. Planes with more than 19 seats for passengers must be certified as transport category aircraft according to Part 25. So, it follows according to certification, 20 passengers will make it a large passenger plane.

Other opinions may vary. How many passengars does a plane need to be considered a large passengar plane?I'm just guessing, but I think the cutoff is 100 people.
