What should i do to pass time on a plane ride?

a 17 hour plane ride! i'll go crazy without anything to do.

i cant sleep on planes. :(( so dont suggest that.What should i do to pass time on a plane ride?i can't sleep on planes either so i bring a magazine for the start since u can't have electronics for certains stages of the flight, a ahdnheld game system (ds and psp) and they do sell portable dvd players ... i see ppl with laptops . the mp3 player a good idea and app friendly phones. books are good if u do not get motion sickness. some shorter flights if i don't wanna misplace things i just sit and relax and meditate since... i'm a tad forgetful so less i bring the better. anything that fits in a purse . i don't liek eatign on flights since some rides can be bumpy so i always eat b4 i get on. i also do origami or bring a artbook along to learn soemthing new in arts and crafts ... basically a plane is giving u free time which is so hard to find nowadys. so read write play a game ... the list is endless.What should i do to pass time on a plane ride?
Yikes! That's a long time. They probably give you food, but i think you should bring your own because depending on what airline you have, I heard the food isn't that good.

So:

1.Eat

2.Read a magazine (with quizzes and games in it)

3.Sleep

4.Get one of those books where you fill in mad libs, do crosswords, mazes, etc

5.Play games on your cellphone (your phone can be on if its on airplane mode, which you can do in the settings)

6.Read the sky mall

7.look out the window (trust me it can be entertaining)

8. Imagine what your trip will be like

9.Go to the bathroom

10. Read a book

11. see how long you can stay still without moving

12. talk to the person next to you, or the person you are flying with

13. Normally on long flights they play movies so you can watch that

14. Listen to your Ipod and play games on it

15.fix your hair in weird styles lol

16. See how long you can keep your eyes open without blinking

17. try to add really big numbers in your head.

18. Doodle or draw

19. Make a list of things you want to do on your trip

20. Write a story about crazy things

21. Look at the cloud's weird figures and make up stories about them

22. Draw your dream room/house

23. What I do is if I have 30 minutes left in the ride, I convince my self i still have another hour to go, so that the time seems shorter.What should i do to pass time on a plane ride?if you have a nintendo or a gameboy you could play on that

Ask the stewardess if you can order pizza

Sit in the crash position and when some asks you what you are doing

Pretend to be in a B-17 and shoot at enemy planes out your window



Stare at the Arabian passengers as if they are terrorists



Scream out " who is that on the wing " every 5 minutes



Bowl in the aisle



Have a flag football game



Say that your side of the plane is better than the other side and

intimidate the other side



Say " whats this lever for " and pull it



Ask the stewardess if you can walk your dog



Fake a heart attack repeat this every 10 minutes



Go into the cockpit and say " where are all the cocks?? " and run

away



Go to the pilot and say that guy with the machine gun looks suspicious



When the pilot says turn off all electrical appliances scream " hows my

bomb gonna work now?? "



Act out the safety instructions



Get into a fight with inflatable device



Talk about how good value jet is



Pass a paper around the plane that says " theres a bomb under your

seat "

bring an ipod (if you have one) a book, maybe some brain teaser books to keep your mind off the things that's going on. Talk to people or family. Anything to waist time. that's I'm going to do.
