I want to know if I can bring them on a plane and IF i am allowed with them on a plane. And if not, can i put them in my pockets from my pants and go without a problem through the airline security?

It is not worth getting into trouble or having you pet / amphibians confiscated (with the possibility of them not being returned). The airline security cannot assume that everything is innocent and you are just bringing your pets with you. Some people do unusual things like putting drugs inside of items as well as living things / or beings. You need to call the airline and specifically ask them what you need to do to be in compliance with their rules.
Some years ago I was moving from one place to another. I had to transport a firearm which was registered to me. I wanted to make sure I did it the right way. Thus I called them and specifically asked them. I did everything they told me (make sure it is not loaded / ammunition not in it or on me / have a lock to lock it - declare it at the desk where he clerk see it and then you lock it in their presence / have your registration papers) to do and all went fine and my items were transported under the plan and I obtained them.How can I bring two turtles on a plane?"Hi" Peanut...this question is rather silly but I'll answer anyway! You can't bring them on the plane but you knew that already ...what you can do however is get them into a safe container and check them in as "live" baggage if the Airline you are on allows this ,and ,it may cost you !
"Good Luck" with getting them through customs at your destination if you haven't done your homework first on that rather import aspect of your little pets vacation !
