Has anyone got any tips on how to calm down and think positavely?Every time i think about my plane journey to america, i start feeling sick and have a fear of being sick?Close your eyes, empty out your mind, even if it includes telling yourself off everytime a negative thought comes in your head. Tell your parents.
Another thing that helps is praying - works for me.
