My children have been on a plane once and they were both scared of taking off. They cried their eyes out. What can I do to make them feel a little more confident?I can i help my children feel confident when the plane takes off?well all you have to do is not to let them concentrate when the plan takes off just do something that crabs their attention then paying attention when will plane takes off like let them listen to music or watch cartoons or do watch movies or talk to them and make them happy.. so when all most their attentions are somewhere else they wont really feel scared when planes take off.I can i help my children feel confident when the plane takes off?
Just tell them that flying is not dangerious; now crashing!I can i help my children feel confident when the plane takes off?keep them distracted. Try giving them a book, or even better. Let them have a piece of candy during take off. Let them know that theyw illg et the candy when the plane takes off. they'll be so excited in anticipation of the candy they'll forget how scared they were last time. Or use any treat that they would be excited about but don't get all the time at home.
