What kind of things would i need to make a mimn plane?

If i wanted to make a type of small plane that inclued an egine (or not), that could fly and carry some wait, what kind of materal would i use to make it, and how much do you think it might cost?What kind of things would i need to make a mimn plane?for about 200 you could make an aluminum frame with an electric engine and canvas over the wings. you may want to soak the canvas in alum to make it more rigid and a bit stronger. the prop you will need to buy. don't try to make one it can rip apart and you will lose the plane and send sharp objects flying at high speed everywhere.
