Every time the plane lands, my ears get clogged up and it aches. I chew gum and plug my nose and blow, but usually these remedies don't help. Just use one of your hand to squeeze your nose and blow your nose hard

also try swallowing



sometimes my ears get blocked when we start to land and it wont stop until 10 minutes after.

Sometimes yawning will help.

well i always chew gum. that really helps me. i know sometimes it hurts really bad!
