How can I avoid needing to pee on a plane trip?

I am going on a trip to Europe with my family in July and I'm always really shy and embarrassed about telling them that I have to go the bathroom. The fact that it usually involves waking them up doesn't help either. I've never peed on a plane before(easy to avoid to on shorter trips) and would like to keep it that way if at all possible.How can I avoid needing to pee on a plane trip?Going to Europe is going to be difficult. that is a LONG flight, and I doubt that you will be able to hold it that long.



You just need to grow up, lose your embarrassment, and learn to tell people, "I have to use the bathroom".

However, If you suddenly need to go, try to wait it off. Wait as long as possible and then if you certainly have to, just go! Why waste your dry clothing?



Even I pee on long trips. There is nothing to be embarrassed about, because your whole family pees. JUST GO!How can I avoid needing to pee on a plane trip?don't drink anything 30 min prier to flight. then the whole trip don't drink any fluids. easier said then done because with that long of a trip you could get dehydrated and that would be bad. so just suck it up and drink plenty of water and go to the bathroom!
