I am a writer. I am writing a story about a girl who gets into a plane crash. During the story, the cause of the crahs it unknown. But now it is time for me to explain how it happened. What are some ways that the plane could've crashed? malfunction with one/ some of the machine parts

at the end the people find out that there was a person on the plane who was suicidal so he/she tinkered with one of the machine parts so that way he/she and the people on the plane can die

mad/psycho pilot or co- pilot

something goes wrong with the pilot or co- pilot that cause him/her to crash the plane and he/she makes it like someone else or a machine part was the cause for it.

When it was assembled by a contractor in the Ozarks, the worker was hungover from a weekend binge of some the purest Arkansas 'shine seen in those parts for the last thirty years. A set screw was not torqued sufficiently on the lower mount. This alone would have not been enough for the bracket to fail, except the packaging done in the shipping dept. was inadequate. Also "The Handle With Care" labels were inexplicably left off by a Ms. Baxter as she was quite upset over an argument with her current male friend. Consequently the postal service saw no reason not to throw the package around in transit further loosening the set screw.

Alas the crash could have been avoided if only a certain quality control man had taken his morning Prozac and tested the mechanism properly on its arrival in Spokane.
