How can I avoid having to use the bathroom during a long plane trip?

New York to Rio(Brazil)....I'm always in the window seat boxed in by sleeping parents and older sister sits in next row(shes in high school). I'm shy/embarrassed about having to make scene about going on the plane.How can I avoid having to use the bathroom during a long plane trip?Use the bathroom before you get on the plane and try not to drink very much.How can I avoid having to use the bathroom during a long plane trip?Don't drink a lot of liquids before you board the plane and make sure to use the restroom before you get on. The night before try not to drink a ton of liquids either. That and bring something on the plane to keep you occupied so you won't think about going to the restroom.
